Our furnished apartments feature Welcome Packs, Pamper Packs, weekly cleaning service, washing and drying facilities, and Smart TV’s.
If you have any specific requirements such as gym access, a printer or baby equipment, please let us know in advance so that we can meet your requirements from the moment you arrive.

| Information Pack | This pack contains all the local information you may need to know about the apartment, local amenities and entertainment, restaurants, bars and cafés, taxis and public transport, and useful phone numbers for doctors, dentists etc. | |
| Bed linen and towels | Our finest quality bed linen and luxurious towels are changed weekly, with access to extras at a small charge and with prior notice. | |
| Housekeeping | All apartments get fully serviced every week which includes a complete linen change and beds made, bathrooms and kitchens cleaned, and a general tidy, dust and vacuum of the apartment. | |
| Parking space | Complimentary parking available (subject to availability). Please inquire at the time of booking. | |
| Laundry facilities | All apartments come fully equipped with washing machines and drying facilities, and we also supply washing products to get you started. | |
| Personal welcome | A Signet Apartments representative will meet you on arrival at your apartment to show you around, hand over your keys, and answer any questions you may have. We can also provide directions to your property from the bus or train station. | |

| Breakfast and Celebration Packs | These packs are designed for those who want to really make the most of their stay! Breakfast includes: eggs, bread, butter, bacon or sausages, jams and a packet of biscuits. (Please specify if a vegetarian option is required.) Celebration includes: Fine quality chocolates, fresh locally grown flowers, Champagne, and some The White Company essential bath cubes. |

| Telephone calls | Some of our apartments have the facility to make outgoing calls. This requires advance notice so we can make the necessary arrangements, so please notify us at the time of booking if you require this service. | Prices on request. |
Additional services will be invoiced to the nominated credit card details taken at check-in. Please note, the above prices are subject to VAT and may vary slightly if our suppliers change their prices.
