The Olive Grove
One of Cambridges most popular restaurants for classic, simple but delicious tasting authentic Greek food. It has won many awards over the years such as, ‘Best Mediterranean Restaurant 2019 in England’ and ‘Best Greek Restaurant 2016 England (South)’. Expect classic dishes such as Souvlaki and Peiniri Pizza, as well as delectable Vegan and Gluten-free options too. They accept walk-ins but we recommend booking for your special night!
For a fine dining experience, head to none other than Restaurant 22. Situated in a restored Victorian townhouse and backing on to the River Cam, it’s a perfect for a place for a stroll for an after dinner Walk. They offer a Short and full tasting menu that changes very frequently due to the season and availability of produce. Booking is essential, as it is a very popular place to dine!
If Thai food is your thing, then you will love Luk Thai at The Cricketers Cambridge. Next to parkers peace, you won’t go short of options here, from green curry to cooked pad Thai, you may find it difficult to choose! They, also offer a delicious range of draft beer, ales and wines. Fancy staying in instead? They also are available on Deliveroo – so you can enjoy from the comfort of your apartment!
Want a buzzing but casual atmosphere with delicious Turkish food? Then we would highly recommend Efes! Serving classic Mediterranean classics such as Musakka, mixed kebab and of course Baklava, we are hungry just thinking about it! They only source their ingredients from local farmers markets to refuse compromise on quality. You can’t go wrong here.
If you want a good food and a beautiful view of Cambridge from the rooftops, then head to Six. Spoil your someone special to 3 perfectly crafted courses in one of Cambridges top spots for £74.50 per person, you will have 9 starters, mains and desserts to choose from (Vegetarian options too)! The Pint Shop
A retro ‘beer house’ with a modern feel, the pint shop creates chargrilled meat dishes and real ales in a vibrant atmosphere. From sharing boards, their classic scotch eggs to Kebabs, the pint shop has it all. They also have a huge variety of vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options – so this really is a place for all to enjoy! Walk-ins accepted, but it does get busy!
