Signet Apartments are superb; very friendly and helpful and definitely went out of their way to accommodate my needs - including meeting me late afternoon on a Sunday so that I could collect the keys to my flat. This is my second stay in Cambridge via Signet which hopefully tells you how good they are! The apartments are spotlessly clean, bright and airy, furnished to a very high standard and in excellent locations. There is also secure parking which is a rarity in Cambridge. If you are staying for a month or more there is a weekly housekeeping service which is most welcome. I will continue to use Signet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, particularly for the business traveler wanting to find a home from home!

My wife and I stayed for a week in Cambridge with our young son. The flat was well-appointed and clean, and the location was very convenient. The staff at Signet were very accommodating, allowing us to check out slightly later so that we weren't hanging around waiting for our flight. There were a couple of small things which could have been improved. Firstly, I had to do quite a bit of chasing to get a response to my initial email queries regarding availability. Secondly, when we arrived there were a few things missing from the flat, like the drying rack and the cot we had requested. However, these were rectified very quickly. All in all, it was a very positive experience and one which I hope to repeat!

The flat is excellent, it has everything you need inc free coffee and sugar. The team is so supportive! I arrived early on a Sunday and went to a wrong address (I had googled Mill Road instead of the flat's address). When I contacted the person who was waiting for me, she came to pick me up in her car and took me to the flat! If your stay is longer than 5 nights you get a complimentary pizza and drink ...Every time I emailed them with a question, I got the answer promptly. I was very comfortable there! Thanks!!

We spent a week in Signet Apartments during the summer of 2017 and were really happy with our stay. We found the agency highly organised and every detail was thought of. For example, rather than leave us a bottle of milk as part of our breakfast, we were offered and provided an allergy-friendly alternative when I expressed a preference.The location of the apartment was ideal - seconds from Cambridge station and the new shops and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was ideal -particularly the bathroom which is well-appointed and stylish. The living area and bedroom were fine although the bed a little narrow comfort-wise.Overall, a brilliant stay. We'd definitely return.

We stayed for two weeks as part of our relocation to Cambridge from Australia, including our two young daughters. The staff were magnificent, they even went out of their way to buy the stressed adults a bottle of red wine and pizza for dinner for the little ones after our mammoth journey! Not to mention fresh flowers. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, very well appointed. They even let us stay a little longer when our more permanent accommodation wasn't quite ready. Great service, great apartment, and great location right by the train station, I highly recommend.

It’s the second time for me and my family to choose signet apartment when we travel to cambrdige a long way from Hong Kong. I will definitely give a rate of 5 stars — the apartment has a really great location (literally just next to the train station and there is a Sainsbury’s nearby as well) and the furniture is new and nice. Also the staff are patient to answer your questions and always try to meet the enquiries of every guest. My family had a really nice stay there and we will deffo choose it again in the future.

It was a great stay. Anton was there on time to check in as pre-arranged time. Few things were new to me but I got answered it appropriately on time by Anton. Welcome gift of wine, pizza, milk and cereal boxes were really nice to have. The location is very nice area with lots of biking and walking area. Tesco superstore was in walking distance for anything you need. I really recommend Anton and his property for rental. It was very neat and clean. Housekeeping came every week. I must say that Anton and his group seems to go above and beyond to keep the property clean and attractive. So des their management and customer response.

I stay at Signet Apartments whenever I am over for business with Cambridge University Press. They are always efficient, very pleasant and accommodating to whatever needs I have. The price is very competitive with others and in fact often lower.The apartments are very clean, great size and conveniently located. I always feel attended to and personally taken care of!They will always have me as a loyal customer!

We've had a great experience with staying at Signet Apartments, from the first moment of a friendly welcome by Anton, to the end. The rooftop flat has exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious, modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and stable wifi, which is a lot of aspects that many hotels can't properly cater to. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony. The option to call somebody 24/7 is a great assurance that if anything happens, there is somebody to help you. I also need to mention the luxurious toiletries provided by The White Company - fantastic.Overall, an excellent stay and happy to recommend Signet Apartments for your stay.

Our recent 6-day stay at Signet Apartment's Gilbert House in Cambridge was indeed an experience worth raving about. My wife and son enjoyed it so much that we are now looking forward to our next stay. To further improve the quality of service, here are some suggestions worth considering for future guests:1) Inclusion of Complimentary Bottled Water in the Welcome Pack: It was a challenge for us to find some drinking water when we checked-in past midnight, when most food stores like Tesco Express and Coop were already closed.2) Provision of Printed User Manuals for the Washing Machine, Electric Burner, and Microwave Oven (if available): This would help a lot in making the guests' stay more convenient

My wife and I stayed at Signet Apartments in Cambridge for 4 weeks during July and August 2018. From the moment we were introduced to this company the service we received was first class which included a nice welcoming gift which was much appreciated. The apartment, near the railway station and next to Sainsbury’s was excellent, very quiet and looking out on a nice grassed area where we spent much leisure time enjoying the summer sunshine. It was also cleaned each week by a very good cleaning team who made sure we were always well stocked with the necessary essentials.We would have no hesitation in recommending Signet Apartments to anyone.

I loved staying at these apartments. They were extremely clean (something I worry about when travelling), bright and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and the support staff were very supportive all through my stay, including when I managed to lock myself into the unit. The environment is safe and the neighbours are quiet. I would definately stay here again especially as I would be able to do my own washing and shopping. If you are also from overseas, Marks and Spencer Food Hall is fabulous, don't bother with the other ones except for emergencies, they are a bit grim.

My stay at the Signet apartments ( The Kaleidoscope building) was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful and included great amenities. The service from the Signet staff was great, and they made sure that my colleague and I were well treated. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Cambridge!

Lovely studio in the heart of the bustling Mill rd. Close to cafes ,shops and bars. Short walk across parkers piece landmark to the beautiful city centre. The flat is well equipped with all mod cons and cleaned on a weekly basis where the tea coffee sugar and chocs are topped up. Enjoyed my stay there. Very comfortable with wifi.An 8 min walk from the train station and complimentary red wine and pizza on arrival was a very nice gesture . The price was reasonable for the location.

It was my first visit to Cambridge and needless to say it was an absolute pleasure to stay at Signet apartments with my family. We stayed for around 14 nights, everything about the property - whether it was the location, the convenience to bus stops and stores, the cleanliness, the staff member welcoming us , booking, payment, extension was easy and smooth. I also liked the fact that the management was just a phone call away whenever we had any questions/issues. Totally recommend this place.
